From the professor: Your uncertainty is understandable as you're not, strictly, a business. You don't engage in the same types of transactions as a business (your customers don't pay for what you provide them)
Chickens and Pigs can be applied to non-profits by categorizing the source of funds in terms of large/small, recurring/once-only.
