our main client base would be local education authorities who are responsible for running the schools and college in the uk.
the end user of the workshops are children and young adults (10-24) who who come primarily from deprived backgrounds.
The target market for these project is not the end user but the people who provide funding.
In our circumstances they are; Specifically Local councils, schools, community centers, charities and possibly the NHS, The bodies responsible for funding art and community projects.
This in essence means that each customer is an annuity.
